If you are thinking about starting up, then one thing which you must avoid like the plague and at least in the initial stages is “being condescending and egoistic” when you taste a little bit of success. Once you are well established, being condescending will become your habit . (And that is when you should learn from the Indian super stars like Amitabh Bachchan and Sachin Tendulkar who are treated like Gods in their country but remain as down to earth as they ever were.)
Being egoistic and condescending towards your own friends and family as well as your clients can prove to be disastrous...

All Start Ups suffer from cash issues especially in the initial phases.
